Kick Start Training

When you need to make changes in your life and your confidence, self belief, communication skills, self awareness and motivation all seem to be holding you back, we can help.

Kick Start training courses are designed to help you move forward. You will discover strengths and gain confidence, your communication skills will grow and you will learn to work with others and use your imagination to solve problems. Leadership and motivation will be explored and you will be able to see the new strengths you have and learn how to develop them.

All this is achieved in a friendly fun environment through a series of tasks and games with the horses. Why Horses?

Horses give you instant feedback on how you are doing, they don't know or care how much you earn, or where you live. They don't want to know where you were yesterday, or what you were doing. They respond to the person in front of them, to your energy, your intent and your behaviour.

Horses are too big to bully and too in your face to ignore. They live by their instincts, love to play and are highly sociable. They don't use words, they don't lie and yet they communicate very clearly with us.

If you don't like the horses response you can make changes in your behaviour and watch as you earn their respect and trust. They give you as many chances as it takes to make the right impression and you will know when it happens.

There is no ridden work and no need to know anything about horses or to have any particular level of fitness. You will be out of doors for a lot of the day so please wear clothes appropriate to the season and flat shoes with covered toes.

"Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending."Carl Bard
